About Kenyatta University Teach
KUTRRH is a 650-bed capacity hospital with state of the art medical equipment. The hospital is located on a 100-acre piece of land that lies in the Northwestern part of Kenyatta University, bordering Kahawa Barracks to the North and the Northern Bypass road to the East and the KU to the South. The main entrance to the Hospital is on the Northern Bypass road, near Kahawa West. In addition to regular medicare, the Hospital has an Oncology-Cancer Unit, Trauma & Orthopedics and Renal services. Medi-care is further supported by the availability of telemedicine to enable doctors to consult with peers worldwide in real-time, thus reducing the need to seek treatment abroad. The hospital also has a helipad/landing strip to enhance access.
