What determines your price
We do not publish a full rate card, because a workforce data contract is a set of choices, not a shelf item. Six variables move the number. Here is exactly what each one does, so you can size your budget before you talk to anyone.
01
Volume
How many companies, how many markets and geographies, and how many rows leave the pipeline each cycle. A focused scope on 200 companies or three markets prices very differently from global coverage.
- Higher price:
- Global coverage, full industries
- Lower price:
- A focused company or market set
02
Granularity
Aggregated company-level metrics, role and skill level breakdowns, or individual-level records. Each step down carries more processing, more validation and more contractual obligation.
- Higher price:
- Individual-level records
- Lower price:
- Aggregated company-level metrics
03
Recency
Monthly, weekly or daily refresh, plus how far back the history goes. Faster refresh costs more because the pipeline runs more often and the delivery volume grows.
- Higher price:
- Daily refresh, history to 2007
- Lower price:
- Monthly refresh, recent history
04
Database types
Workforce Dynamics, Individual-Level Data, Job Postings, Sentiment, Transitions, Layoffs and AI Exposure are priced separately, so you never pay for a database you do not use.
- Higher price:
- Several databases plus enrichment layers
- Lower price:
- One database, base layer only
05
Team size
How many people need access, and whether they build and export custom datasets or only read them. On API and MCP this is the number of users behind the key.
- Higher price:
- Large teams building and exporting
- Lower price:
- A small read-only team
06
Access model
A Terminal seat, a delivered Data feed, an API integration and an MCP server are four different cost structures. Seats are the lowest entry point; feeds and programmatic access carry infrastructure cost and price accordingly.
- Higher price:
- Data feeds, API and MCP
- Lower price:
- Terminal seats

- Yes
- Programmatic and agent access
- API and MCP on the same contracted scope
- Paying twice for refreshed data

Credit and seat based pricing models tend to look cheaper initially, but gets expensive to make the data useful. We design our pricing models intentionally to fit our clients' most common use cases and business needs.
