In 2004, three companies – Added Value, Icon Brand Navigation, and Diagnostic Research combine under the Added Value name. Added Value is a creative marketing consultancy at the heart of WPP. We operate under the business names Added Value, DR Added Value, Icon Added Value, Oracle Added Value, Added Value Cheskin, Added Value Saffron Hill and AV-Stratosfera. Added Value is one of the largest operations within WPP's Kantar division, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WPP plc. WPP is the world leader in marketing communications services, employing 135,000 people (including associates) in 2,400 offices in 107 countries. In 2016, Added Value rebrands to Kantar Added Value. In 2019, Kantar Added Value consolidates under the Kantar brand name together with other brands in the Kantar portfolio, including Kantar Futures, Kantar Health, Kantar IMRB, Kantar Media, Kantar Millward Brown, Kantar Public, Kantar Retail, Kantar TNS, Kantar Worldpanel, and Lightspeed Research.
