Our mission is to give the young people and adults who are cared for with us better conditions for a socially functioning life without abuse and crime. In collaboration with social services, we provide young people and clients with serious and extensive psychosocial problems better conditions for a socially functioning life without abuse and crime. Many of the young people cared for at SiS want help with their schooling. We have developed school activities at our youth homes and know that it is possible to arouse motivation and a desire to learn, even in those who feel a resistance to school. Our institutions are throughout Sweden and we have approximately employees. Treatment assistants, psychologists, sociologists, principals, teachers and nurses and more work with us.
