We are Capstone Copper, a mining company dedicated mainly to the extraction and marketing of high quality copper. We were born from the merger between Mantos Copper and Capstone Mining. From our headquarters in Canada we have a presence in the United States, Mexico and Chile, the most important operation for the company, with the Mantos Blancos operations in Antofagasta and Mantoverde in Atacama, and soon the Santo Domingo operations in the same region. In Chile we lead the growth of the new medium-sized Chilean mining industry. Our focus is on investment, innovation and development of a sustainable operation that meets the growing demands for copper in the world, positively impacts communities, and is committed to respecting and caring for the environment. We have a constant commitment to sustainability and territorial development from an economic, social and environmental point of view and we have proposed specific objectives and a roadmap to build a more sustainable company, in balance with all the dimensions described. We want to be a relevant player in the construction of the next generation of copper mines, producing sustainably for a world where this mineral will be increasingly relevant for industries that combat climate change.
