Havaş provides ground handling services to more than 200 airlines at various airports in Turkey and abroad. Main activities of Havaş include passenger and luggage transactions, ramp, aircraft cleaning, load control and communication, cargo and mail, flight operations, transportation, representation and supervision services. Havaş provides warehouse services at Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara and Izmir airports. In addition to ground handling, cargo and warehouse services, the Company also provides passenger transportation service between the airport and the city center. Transferring its know-how and experiences to its services with its qualified human resources, Havaş sustains its operations by adopting a customer satisfaction-oriented mentality to provide uninterrupted service 24/7 in compliance with the global security standards.
