About Groupe Karavel Promovacances’s Workforce
The Karavel group is the French leader in the sale of stays on the Internet, with more than millions of unique visitors per month on its various sites. The group has two flagship brands, Promovacances, the specialist in good deals located in the heart of Paris, and Fram, the Toulouse flagship of French tourism renowned for its Framissima and Jumbo labels. Originally a pure player, the group is also developing a network of more physical agencies in France. Karavel relies on a team of collaborators, dedicated to the research and manufacturing of trips and to the Quality department alone. Its customer relations are ensured, in addition to its agencies, by around a hundred call center advisors based in Paris and Nice. Karavel also brings together the sites Partir Pas Cher, Ecotour and AB Croisière (French leader in cruise distribution. Karavel was launched in on the campuses of Harvard and MIT.
