About Emefin

We are the corporate office of a Peruvian Family Business Group with more than years of experience in real estate, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and retail in health, mass consumption and industrial products categories. We invest in and manage global operating companies with high potential for growth and value creation. Emefin works closely with the group's companies on strategy, capital allocation and talent management to position them as leaders in each of the markets in which we operate. We have a permanent capital structure and a flexible investment mandate. The first allows us to have a long-term strategic vision in the businesses we participate in. On the other hand, our mandate gives us the tactical freedom to act as a creditor, investor, owner and/or operator. Emefin manages the business focused on the following four pillars: Strategy First, we analyze markets and the group's capacity to define in which industries and in which assets we want to participate and under what structure. Secondly, we have extensive conversations with the Management team of our companies to reach a shared vision of the business to define a strategy and execution plan. Talent We are responsible for selecting and managing the leaders of our companies. We define the compensation structure for company leaders and help Managers select their first line of reports. Capital allocation We propose the distribution and structure of the family group's capital to maximize long-term shareholder returns Support and monitoring of businesses In line with the strategy of each business, we are responsible for reviewing and supporting the leaders of each business in developing their annual budgets and then monitoring execution.
