TDS Northern Ireland - Our Custodial and Insurance-backed tenancy deposit protection and dispute resolution scheme is the largest scheme in Northern Ireland, protecting over 55,000 deposits. TDS Resolution - Our free independent mediation and conciliation services for landlords and tenants in England and Wales to cover all mid-tenancy disputes. In April 2022 the service was extended in partnership with the NRLA to cover tenants of participating landlords under the Tenancy Redress Service. SDS Resolve - Introduced in August 2020, and endorsed by the Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL), SDS Resolve offers free mediation and conciliation services for landlords and tenants in Scotland. New Homes Ombudsman - Resolving disputes between homebuyers and developers of new homes.
