Gerber is ALWAYS looking for an experienced Auto Body Technicians all across the US! We have growth across the nation, w/special emphasis on: California, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, & Florida as they masterfully expand in these locations. With new shops and growth opportunities all the time we also need experienced Collision Estimators, General Manager's, and Parts Coordinators to join our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the leader in collision repair and take your career to the next level. We're looking for leaders to take ownership of the shop and staff performance w/collision skill sets in estimating, sales, profitability, customer service success, production, employee relations and development at the shop/store level, insurance relations, and more. If you have the drive, we have everything else you could possibly ask for! We also need CSR's, Porters, Production Managers, Preppers, and occasionally Refinish Technicians. We also keep eyes open for awesome Auto Body Technicians that want to be the mentors to train those who will follow in their steps one day.
