In Banedanmark, we create the conditions for hundreds of thousands of Danes to take the train every day, and the transport of many thousands of tonnes of goods. Right now we are building a brand new, attractive, green railway, while keeping the old one running. We supply power to the track so that climate-friendly trains can run. We are installing new, digital signaling systems and building a high-speed railway to Europe. And we control the train traffic and inform about it on the stations' screens and loudspeakers on the long-distance line. Banedanmark is an agency under the Ministry of Transport with more than . employees.
