The founders conceptualized the idea behind BaldorTech while working together for their first startup, which continues to grow successfully. BaldorTech started as a result of a major pain point for the founders at their first startup: recruitment. After contemplating a prospective solution for the recruitment issues at length, it was clear that there is significant market potential in sharing the technology with other companies as well as job seekers. In essence, the technology addresses many significant issues in the recruitment space, by enabling trust between companies and job applicants. Baldor, the Norse God of Truth, seemed to be an appropriate name for a company whose mission is to establish trust.
