Atlantica is a sustainable infrastructure company that owns, manages and invests in renewable energy, storage, efficient natural gas and heat, transmission lines and water assets. We are focused on long-life facilities as well as long-term agreements that we expect to produce stable, long-term cash flows. Our portfolio consists of 36 assets with 2,022 MW of aggregate renewable energy installed generation capacity (of which approximately 71% is solar), 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power generation capacity, 55 MWt of district heating capacity, 1,166 miles of transmission lines and 17.5 Mft3 per day of water desalination. Our assets generally have contracted revenue (regulated revenue in the case of our Spanish assets and one transmission line in Chile). Our assets have a weighted average remaining contract life of approximately 16 years as of September 30, 2021. Most of the assets we own, or which we hold an interest in, have project-finance agreements in place. We own or have an interest in a portfolio of diversified assets, both in terms of business sector and geographic footprint. We currently have operating facilities in North America (United States, Canada and Mexico), South America (Peru, Chile and Uruguay) and EMEA (Spain, Italy, Algeria and South Africa). We intend to expand our portfolio, maintaining North America and Europe as our core geographies. We intend to grow our business and our dividend to shareholders through organic growth and by investing in new assets and/or businesses.
