A great deal of attention has been brought to the racial inequities in the United States in recent days. Given that these concerns may persist within organizational structures, we wanted to use the Revelio Labs HR database to take a look at how demographics differ across companies.
Using census data, we’re able to classify names to ethnicity. Below are the ethnicity distributions of the largest IT companies:
We hope to show that there’s a great deal of room to explore the demographics of companies and deepen our shared understanding of diversity and inclusion.
