Reinaerde employees contribute with heart and mind every day to the well-being, participation and independence of people with disabilities. People with disabilities feel at home and matter in society. Employees work together with others. We work professionally, respectfully and enterprisingly. At the heart of society, Reinaerde supports people with disabilities in the development of their own strengths. We do this from a local perspective. The services range from temporary guidance to long-term care and treatment and are suitable for every phase of life: children, young people, adults and the elderly. We interweave our activities with those of other relevant partners. Sometimes we work as an independent organization, often also together with other organizations in chain form and/or alliances. The service is tailored to the local situation. The regulatory frameworks provide guidance. The services are organized in such a way that they contribute to the quality of life.
