Novec is the result of the merger between the companies Ingéma and Scet-Scom, of which CDG Développement is the major shareholder. Novec now brings together the activities of the two design offices, the most important of which should be remembered: Scet-Scom (founded in): Building, Urban Development, Rural Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation. Ingéma (founded in): Large infrastructures (Dams, Highways, Engineering structures, Ports, Tunnels, Water resources, Energy and Environment. With the recognized expertise of these two offices, Novec is now a leading player in the field of engineering, employing close to collaborators, operating in various fields of activity. Novec, whose head office is in Rabat, is also present on a regional scale through its agencies in Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir and soon in Tangier and Fez. It also operates internationally, where it is expected to become one of the reference offices, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. Through the creation of Novec, CDG Développement aims to provide the country of engineering excellence, offering high-level services in professions related to sustainable territorial development, both within the Kingdom and internationally.
