“We produced our first bolt with a double-shot machine in 2017. The sound that bolt made when it fell into the bowl is still in our ears. “The same passion that brought us to this day and gave us the determination to work to do better.” Founded by Nedim Uysal, who still serves as the Founder of Norm Holding and Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors, Norm Holding started producing bolts with a double-shot set machine in Bornova, Izmir in 1999. Thanks to the successes gained in the sector, a new and modern facility was established in Izmir Ataturk Organized Industrial Zone, which is currently in operation. This journey, which started with bolt production, continued with the participation of many companies and turned into a large group over time. Norm Holding continues on its way with its integrated production and quality service approach, in the light of its years of experience. Norm Holding, which manages all the production processes it participates in from the design stage, serves as the most important solution partner of the main industries. As of today, Norm Group has merged under the umbrella of the Holding.
