Metrohm SA is a subsidiary of Metrohm AG (Switzerland) - the worlds number 1 supplier of potentiometric titration equipment. In addition to titration, Metrohm focuses on the techniques of pH and Conductivity measurements, Karl Fischer water determinations, ion chromatography and Voltammetry. Special instruments include Metrohm’s Rancimat for oxidative stability of fats, oils and biodiesel and for determining the thermal stability of plastics. Metrohm AG owns the following companies : Metroglas – producers of the high quality Metrohm electrodes, Metrohm Autolab – producers of potentiostats and galvanostats for electrochemical research and industrial applications, Applikon – producers of on-line analysers for titration, ion selective measurements and Voltammetry. The most recent addition to the Metrohm stable of products is the NIRS (near infra-red spectroscopy ) systems. Metrohm SA has been established as a regional support centre for Sub-Saharan Africa. Our head- office occupies spacious premises in Woodmead, which are split into warehousing, a sales office, a fully-equipped multi -media training centre and fully-equipped laboratories for staff and customer training.
