About Fusion Microfinance

Fusion Microfinance is a registered NBFC – MFI which operates in a Joint Liability Group lending model of Grameen. Fusion Microfinance clients comprises of 100% women living in rural and semi-urban areas. The main focus is reaching out to unbanked and providing financial services to women entrepreneurs belonging to the economically and socially deprived section of the society. Fusion Microfinance Pt Ltd was set up by Mr. Devesh Sachdev in January 2010. The company received its NBFC – MFI license in January 2014 and operates on the time-tested Grameen Joint Liability Group (JLG) model with 100% women clients. A small group of 10 to 30 women are formed, loans are given to the group as a whole so that each member of the group is jointly responsible for the loan taken by them. Our clients generally belong to the economically and socially deprived section of the society residing in the rural and semi-urban areas. Over 85% of the active loan clients of Fusion belong to the marginalized communities such as ST/SC and OBC. Fusion has expanded its branch network in 17 poorest districts in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh under Poorest State Inclusive Growth program of SIDBI.
