FF STEEL is the exclusive producer of Grade 60 and the sole producer of Grade 80 deformed steel bars according to international standards of ASTM 615 and ASTM 706. Our in-house material testing lab constantly assures the perfect physical and chemical properties of each bar we make. Corrosion resistant: the controlled water cooling of the bar prevents the formation of coarse carbides which has been cited as the cause for the corrosive nature of the common rebar. As an actively responsible manufacturing mill, FF STEEL has designed itself to stay efficient by doing its part in conserving world resources. A recycling cooling water system and heat exchangers that save natural gas reducing the amount of carbon emission. The entire furnace section is planned in such a way as to attain maximum environmental and sustainable development.
