Cherokee Health Systems (CHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care, behavioral health, dental services, addiction services, optometry services, and more to people across Tennessee. We also provide telehealth and on-site services to students in more than 35 area schools. At CHS, no one is ever denied treatment based on an inability to pay. We have a national reputation as a pioneer and leader in integrated care -- an approach in which we embed behavioral health providers alongside primary care physicians to provide the full range of patient care. CHS receives funding from the federal government and the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS).
