We are CAR Inc., the largest car rental company in China and a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed public company. Our key shareholders include Hertz, Warburg Pincus and affiliates of Legend. We are the dominant car rental service provider in the PRC. Our fleet is larger than the aggregate fleet of the No.2 through No.20 car rental companies operating in China. We directly operate in over 70 Chinese cities, supplemented with franchisee presence in another 200+ lower-tier Chinese cities. Starting early 2015, we partnered with UCAR Inc. to provide mobile-enabled on-demand chauffeured car service in over 60 Chinese cities.
