We are CAR Inc., the largest car rental company in China and a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed public company. Our key shareholders include Hertz, Warburg Pincus and affiliates of Legend. Starting early 2015, we partnered with UCAR Inc. to provide mobile-enabled on-demand chauffeured car service in over 60 Chinese cities.
