The Guissona Food Group has extensive experience in the agri-food sector. It develops all the livestock, industrial and commercial activities necessary to reach the consumer without intermediaries. The Group carries out all the processes, from the birth of birds and livestock, through the manufacture of feed, breeding and fattening of animals, slaughter, transformation and production of products, to their distribution and direct sale through BonÀrea stores. Our objective is to improve the performance of livestock farms and meet the needs of customers who trust in our efficiency and professionalism, offering them safe products, of the best quality and at the best price. To achieve this we have equipped and modern facilities, teams of professionals involved, as well as the ISO quality certification of all processes, the ISO certificate that guarantees that the meat products produced and marketed are % safe, and the new ISO certificate of environmental management. The two main companies of the Group are the Guissona Agricultural cooperative, S.Coop.Ltda. which carries out the breeding and fattening of poultry and livestock, and Corporación Alimentaría Guissona, S.A, which carries out all industrial activities (feed manufacturing, slaughter, transformation and processing of meat products, etc.) and commercial activities, mainly through the bonÀrea stores.
