Our mission is to provide excellence, reliability, quality and on time performance to create value for our Customers. Since the beginning of our adventure as a repair station for the Alitalia fleet, back in the 90's, we always tried to preserve our operational and direct approach valuing, above all, every airline's needs; we were part of an airline, after all. Today our market is extremely competitive. New players balance their lack of expertise with extremely lean structures and low costs. We have aligned our prices to industry standards, but we did not sacrifice anything from our knowledge, our past, choosing instead to optimize processes and while preserving the highest possibile quality standards.
