Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Anadolu Group is a joint stock company open to public in the partnership of Isuzu Motors Limited and Itochu. Its main functioning areas are production and marketing of commercial vehicles such as light trucks, trucks, small buses and pick-up. Experience and knowledge of Anadolu Isuzu date back to Çelik Montaj period which started the production of trucks and motorcycles in 1965. The company that produced Skoda trucks until 1986 made license agreement with Isuzu Motors Ltd. in 1983, and it initiated the production of Isuzu vehicles in 1984 in its factory founded in Kartal. The company has been continuing its operations in its new factory founded in Şekerpınar with up-to-date technologies since August, 1999.
