Where are former crypto workers going?
The conversation examined how the crypto market slump was reshaping employment across the sector and where workers were moving as companies reduced headcount.
Drawing on Revelio Labs workforce data, Zweig discussed the industries attracting former crypto employees and the broader outlook for hiring and talent in the sector. Despite the downturn, he described crypto as “a really easy place to recruit talent,” reflecting the pool of experienced workers available as the industry contracted.
