Dispensa Emilia is the first example in Italy of traditional catering with fast service. It was born in Modena, in the heart of the food valley, with the aim of combining the pleasure of good food and the great quality of typical Emilia Romagna products with the added value of attentive and fast service within a warm and welcoming. The offer has as its protagonist the traditional tigella, proposed in a rich choice of combinations, but also includes fried gnocco, various first courses of the Emilian tradition and delicious salads enriched with typical local products: all rigorously prepared and cooked on the spot to guarantee the customer the maximum taste experience. To date, Dispensa Emilia has restaurants located across Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Lombardy, Tuscany, Piedmont and Lazio, with an important development plan that will lead to new openings over the next few months.
