When we talk about an inspiring story, we are talking about the realization of a big dream, which only became reality because of the union of two great friends. It all started in , when Eduardo Ourivio and Mário Chady embarked on this journey discovering their greatest ambition: opening a restaurant. This is how Guilhermina Café was born, the pink house that, despite being inviting, had no structure for our characters' dreams. Our protagonists faced difficulties in the script, due to opening an unplanned business they ended up sinking into debt and went bankrupt. At the moment when the dream had become a nightmare, Eduardo and Mário picked themselves up and rethought the way they ran the business. After many problems and learning, Spoleto was born, which consolidated itself in the market because the two friends did not give up on putting into practice their great cause, Entrepreneurship and Democratizing good cuisine. In , the partnership grew, with the discovery of the magic of producing pizza, they joined Domino's to the Trigo family. Three years later, in , it was the duo's turn to venture into Japanese cuisine by taking the reins of Koni, a chain that is still with us today. In , they had the idea of ​​bringing a funky Rio option to Grupo Trigo's Japanese menu. Thus, Gurumê was born. That same year, the duo realized the “American Dream, with two Spoleto stores with total success in the United States. In , they closed a very important chapter in this story: the partnership with Domino's Pizza. With him, there are memories, learning and the certainty of duty accomplished. The moment a dream ends, new ones instantly appear. And then a new son was born to the Group, LeBonton.
