Created in February by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has been expanding its work in a process of sustainable growth, based on strategic planning and focus on the best results. A non-profit philanthropic institution, the José Silveira Foundation mainly serves the most underserved population, with quality services provided. This is demonstrated by the reference work of our units in areas such as combating tuberculosis, neonatal care, humanized birth, breast cancer treatment and rehabilitation of patients with neuropsychomotor and intellectual disabilities and autism. Each year, more than one million services are provided. FJS also promotes health and socio-environmental prevention and promotion actions aimed at communities in Salvador and municipalities in the interior of Bahia, contributing to the improvement of social and health indicators in the state. #VemPraFJS
