We are the largest sugar company in the country Casa Grande S.A.A. is an agroindustrial company dedicated to the cultivation and industrialization of sugar cane and its derivatives: sugar, alcohol, molasses and bagasse. It is located km north of Lima, in the province of Ascope, La Libertad Region. It is the largest sugar factory in the country, with more than a thousand hectares of surface. It has been part of the Gloria Group since January 1999 and from then on it began the path of its reactivation, after a long period of decline. Previously, its cultivated areas totaled one thousand hectares, daily milling reached four thousand tons on average and sugar production was tons per day. The Gloria Group has achieved that Casa Grande currently has more than a thousand cultivated hectares, that its daily grinding exceeds nine thousand tons and that its sugar production is around , tons per day. The sugar mill works with two sinks, a mill and a diffuser. It also has a distillery, whose production capacity is millions of liters of alcohol per year. Its growth has been based on the modernization of both the factory and the laboratories, assurance of water resources with investments in wells, technical irrigation systems, expansion of the agricultural frontier, acquisition of cutting-edge machinery and training of human resources.
