Our clubs were born out of passion for exercise. We were established in 1999 as a small family company with one main goal. We wanted to show others how important physical activity is for health. We have created a network of modern clubs where, in addition to a competent approach to training, we want to inspire everyone with a healthy lifestyle and the ability to enjoy exercise. Each of them has a gym equipped with world-class equipment, spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable rooms for group classes (fitness, cross training, Zumba, etc. In some clubs there is a room adapted for exercise bikes.
