The mission of THC, Inc. (THC) is to improve communities adversely impacted by uncontrollable factors such as airport noise, the expansion of highways and airports and advancement of public facilities for the overall good of the public as well as assisting communities affected by flooding due to natural disasters. Since 1994, THC has become a recognized leader to provide right of way/land acquisition and noise mitigation consulting services for airport authorities, state departments, municipalities, county engineering departments and private sector clients while treating impacted property owners and communities with the utmost respect throughout the entire land acquisition process as well as those participating in Airport Residential Sound Insulation Programs managed by THC. Meeting client deadlines while promoting positive public perception of a project is our goal. THC leads the nation in the development of Sound Insulation Program (SIP) innovations and has managed large-scale Sound Insulation Programs at 28 different airports across the country. Within the last 24 years, THC has completed sound insulation treatments on more than 21,500 dwellings with a 98% homeowner satisfaction rate. THC is a pre-qualified Right of Way Acquisition consultant for the Georgia DOT, South Carolina DOT, North Carolina DOT and Texas DOT. THC has acquired more than 10,000 parcels by easement, fee simple, donation and condemnation, as well as relocated thousands of families and businesses in conformance with the Uniform Act (URA).
