Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC is registered as a Finance Company at Central Bank of Sri Lanka and it is an approved Credit Agency under Mortgage Act no. 6 of 1949 and Trust Receipt Ordinance No.12 of 1947. Hire Purchase transactions of the company are governed by the Consumer Credit Act No 29 of 1982. Shares of the company are listed on the Main Board of Colombo Stock Exchange on 17th January 2011.
