The mission of IDEATE is to support our clients to break the cycle of poverty by providing highly vulnerable and underserved individuals person-tailored pathways to careers in both competitive and self-employment utilizing technology and community engagement. Founded in 2014, IDEATE was envisioned as an inclusive employment program dedicated to providing trauma-informed care to all individuals who experience barriers to getting and sustaining employment opportunities. An Employment First organization, IDEATE is committed to a core set of values.
