The Junta de Andalucía is the institution in which the self-government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia is politically organized. It is made up of the Presidency of the Board, a responsibility currently held by Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, the Government Council and the Parliament of Andalusia. The Junta de Andalucía exercises legislative and executive power within the scope of its powers, included in its Statute of Autonomy. In addition, it is responsible for providing essential public services in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia: education, health, employment, social services, housing. It also offers procedures and services aimed at companies: aid for entrepreneurship and innovation, registrations, authorizations, tenders.
