NINE DRAGONS PAPER (HOLDINGS) LIMITED was founded in 1995 and listed in Hong Kong on March 3, 2006, and is the first and only paper group with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million tons at China. ND PAPER headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong province, owns 8 production bases in China ( a total of 40 internationally advanced paper production lines, 5 specialty paper production lines and about 17,000 employees), and one production base in Vietnam, 4 pulp and paper mills in the United States (acquired in 2018). In 2019, ND PAPER acquired a pulp and paper mill in Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia, and invested about $ 1 billion in a papermaking base in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia. The base of Banting has a total land area of about 670 acres.
