Lepu Surgical has five subsidiaries who manufacture the surgical staplers, the major companies are Jiangsu Brightness Medical Device Co.,Ltd. & Changzhou Zhiye Medical Devices Institute Co.,Ltd. Jiangsu Brightness Medical Device Co.，Ltd.，was founded in May 2006 in the city of Changzhou. The company is a joint venture enterprise that funded by Changzhou Zhiye Medical Device Institute Co.,Ltd., Canadian Chunyang Co.,Ltd. and Lepu Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The factory has modern workshop of 53,000 square meters and class 10,000 clean rooms of more than 1,000 square meters. The employees include over 70 technicians, 120 professional workers, etc. Brightness adopts international advanced technology and management in researching, developing, manufacturing and selling multiple types of staplers. Brightness has already received CE, FDA and ISO 13485 certification. Shenzhen Purwell Medical Technology Co., Ltd., co-founded with Lepu Medical in 2017, focus on innovative medical devices R&D, manufacture and sales. Purwell Medical stresses on ultrasonic surgical system which has been issued by CE certification, helping sealing while cutting simultaneously, bringing convenience to surgical procedures.
