The International Trade Administration (ITA) strengthens the competitiveness of U.S. industry, promotes trade and investment, and ensures fair trade through the rigorous enforcement of our trade laws and agreements. Enforcement and Compliance — Enforces U.S. trade law and ensures compliance with trade agreements negotiated on behalf of U.S. industry. This unit supports and interacts with the President's Interagency Trade Enforcement Center.
