A little over years ago, we began diversifying our activities and investments and began operating in the corporate property segment, with the intention of building our own rental portfolio. We have experience in all phases of real estate development: we incorporate, build and manage high-standard commercial projects and innovative commercial modules. In , we started investing in the generation of energy from renewable sources with the creation of PEC Energia. In , we became the main shareholders of PEC and acquired some of its assets, founding Engeform Energia. Our team has experience in prospecting areas, developing and building projects, operating projects, generating and selling clean and renewable energy. In , we consolidated our operations on the structured business front with the creation of Engeform Concessões e Investimentos, the fourth company that was created to serve essential sectors for society, such as sanitation, housing and urban public equipment. Opening another chapter in the history of Engeform, in , we created Engeform Gestão de Recursos, focused on managing portfolios of bonds, securities, investment funds and other assets.
