We are Dawa Life Sciences, a Life Sciences company with core competencies in health care. Our founders, Dr Raju Mohindra and Dr Ajay Patel, started our journey in 1994. Through our businesses, we pursue our core purpose of providing a better quality of life for all in communities across the region by providing better medication for humans and animals (Pharmaceuticals and Animal Health). Our business operations are the responsibility of the divisions based on our core competencies: • Pharmaceuticals - Dawa Limited • Animal Health - Medisel (K) Limited Pharmaceuticals: Our mission in this division is to enable universal healthcare in the markets we operate in by ensuring access to affordable, high-quality pharmaceuticals. We focus on providing generics in the therapeutic areas of infectious diseases, cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, and endocrinology. Our fully integrated supply chain manages our network of manufacturing and delivery geared towards offering a supply of affordable, high-quality pharmaceuticals across Africa. Each year, we provide over 100m treatments across 25 markets on the African continent. Animal Health: Animals form an essential part of our society. Our Animal Health division concentrates on marketing products focused on livestock and companion animals. Our dedicated facility can produce liquids, sachets, boluses, premixes, and external preparations for Animal Health.
