Short Term: To connect home care agencies with home health aides or caregivers. Long Term: To connect low paying medical jobs with businesses. Low paying jobs can be defined as that pays less than $20 an hour. These jobs include but are not limited to home health aides, nursing assistants, dietary aides, dental assistants etc. The businesses include hospitals, doctors office, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, independent agencies etc. There are lots of talented people and lots of job sites. But there still is no effective way to connect them. As an employer if you post a job on a website like monster.com, you are inundated with job applications. There is quantity but no heed is given to quality. Companies like LinkedIn are trying to solve this. We believe that there is a better way. If eHarmony could tackle relationships (which are much more complicated) then surely it can be done for jobs too. CrestHire will function in the following way. A) There will be a marketplace that will allow agencies to post jobs. Applicants can apply for these jobs. Agencies can search for applicants and contact them immediately. B) Make the applicant fill an exhaustive questionnaire. The more complete the application is the better the prospects of landing a job. Revenue: It will be a subscription model. The website will start out by providing for a flat fee per month access to X number of caregivers' profile. This will be automatically renewed every month.
