Since then CONSTRUCTORA BOLÍVAR has released the construction of urban projects for all social strata and currently has all the capacity to directly carry out the tasks of Construction, Promotion and Sales Management. Its residential projects contemplate housing in a more ambitious sense than its object itself. Its functionality must be complemented with the provision of particular areas and common spaces that contribute , with its good design, to improve the quality of life of its clients.
