Blumar is recognized as a leader in developing Sustainable Salmon aquaculture in Chile and one of only two GAA BAP 4 Star producers and with ASC Certified farms also in development. A truly vertically integrated company, Blumar maintains ownership of their salmon production from egg to thier customer’s dock doors. Other assets include majority ownership of Chile’s largest mussel producer and a fleet of modern purse seiners that harvest Chile’s abundant pelagic resources for fish meal and fish oil production.
