In December 2022 we achieved our ambitious mission to make a direct difference to the lives of 1 million people since 2018. We did this through our unique range of sector-leading public services and innovative employer solutions. Our national coverage enables us to support tens of thousands of people every year into sustainable employment. We run employability programmes and adult education training courses to enable people to move into work, as well as being the largest independent provider of prison education in the UK. We operate in 22 prisons to deliver high quality education services, helping prisoners to develop the skills they need to access work on release. We work closely with employers to realise the impact social recruitment can have on their business, encouraging them to recruit people from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting and enabling them to bring out the best of their ability. We can also offer employers an extensive suite of e-learning courses and a selection of wellbeing programmes focusing on resilience and encouraging open discussion.
