This includes experimenting with innovative studio-quality programming, developing high intensity small group training classes, partnering with the new athletic-based groups to offer practical sports interval training and investing in our fitness equipment for those seeking cardio and strength training experiences. We also offer group exercise programs, racquet sports, swimming facilities and Sports Club for Kids.
