The company SWAN, a.s., has been one of the largest telecommunications operators for several years. And after the merger with BENESTRA in January, it became the unequivocal number two in providing services to corporate customers. At the same time, SWAN also has a rich offer for households. Since its establishment in 2010, the company has developed into a provider of quality services and has achieved the reputation of a leader that brings key innovations to the Slovak market. While yesterday's requirement was only fast internet, today the customer is looking for secure access to the internet in guaranteed quality with a number of additional services. By constantly innovating managed services in the area of ​​security, network management and cloud services, the company aims to relieve the customer and allow them to devote more resources to their primary business activities. The company has an extensive infrastructure with a direct redundant connection to the largest European peering centers, a wide range of technologies for building the last mile to the customer, as well as a top data center where it operates modern cloud and managed services. SWAN was the first company in Slovakia to massively build and provide services based on LTE technology. In addition to optical networks, SWAN already provides high-speed over-the-air connections in almost all cities and towns. The SWAN company has been providing the so-called triple play services for households. Thanks to the operator, the customer can also watch TV from the archive or via the SWAN GO mobile application. In addition to a high-quality picture and a thematically rich program structure, households can use fast internet either via the optical network or over the air via LTE. In January, we took another big and important step in consolidating the Slovak communications market and joined our sister telecommunications operator SWAN Mobile under the common name SWAN, a.s. and the range of household services (internet and TV) can be found under the ka.sk brand.
