Smart Solar Technologies We initiated to invest in the renewable energy sector in Europe in 2009 and we have become a preferred company in many countries thanks to our perspective of superior quality. We are operating in Türkiye, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Switzerland, Ukraine, Spain and Germany. In addition to our domestic module production and engineering services, we are also contributing to the development of the solar energy sector as an investor. As Smart Solar Technologies, our own SPP (Solar Power Plant) investments have exceeded 250 MW in total in Türkiye and abroad. While we continue to grow in Türkiye and Europe by producing new generation modules such as PERC, Bifacial, MBB, Half-Cut Cell & Topcon N-Type in our solar module factory, we also export to MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries as well as Europe and America. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) which we undertook in 2022 had 9.5 times demand from a total of 101.755 investors. To date, we have completed more than 500 projects, with the installed power of the finished projects exceeding 500 MW. We keep up our efforts, and by the beginning of 2023-Q4, our capacity to produce PV modules will be 2.900 MW.
