SigmaRoc Plc is an AIM quoted company that invests in and operates new and existing lime and industrial limestone assets in places where opportunity is greatest. We aim to gain a strong foothold in key niche markets and sectors by pushing the traditional frontiers of both strategy and tactics in lime and industrial limestone. We bring together a solid board and industry management team with sector and regional M&A, strategy and operational experience. By engaging with the board and key partners, the management team will leverage all available skills, while remaining dynamic and compact. Our investment strategy focusses on niche markets and sectors, where its vision, team and partnerships, allow it to secure a competitive advantage in the lime and industrial limestone sector. We are currently developing on the ground representation either as SigmaRoc or through strategic partnerships in key regions in Europe. We currently target both the up and down stream lime and industrial limestone sectors, such as operating assets, value added products and services, associated infrastructure and supply chain. Investment decisions are driven by the team’s experience and background in selecting markets where structural, economic, or competitive features, allowing us to gain a competitive edge. The focus markets currently include specific areas in Europe. Particular attention will be given to niche markets as they all share the right characteristics of quality, stability, long term visibility on returns.
