Starting from a strong intention to provide a complete, simple, fast Clinical Laboratory service with good quality results and affordable prices, the PRAMITA Clinical Laboratory was opened in Surabaya in October. The good response from the people of Surabaya and surrounding areas - especially clinicians - for the presence of the PRAMITA Clinical Laboratory has increased the pioneers' sense of confidence and optimism to work even harder to provide the best for customers. The extraordinary breakthrough made by PRAMITA, which at that time had never existed before, was non-stop service from morning to evening, x-ray service, EKG, then followed by other supporting examinations, a concrete manifestation of PRAMITA's commitment to becoming the most complete clinical laboratory. Armed with the experience of establishing a laboratory in Surabaya, the PRAMITA Clinical Laboratory was developed in various other big cities such as Jember, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Cirebon, Jakarta and Medan, until the year the PRAMITA Clinical Laboratory already had branches.
