NOKERA produces affordable and livable living space using sustainable wooden construction. Because we know that climate goals can only be achieved with a construction transition towards resource-saving and sustainable construction. Thanks to our fully digitalized planning, production and assembly process, our residential buildings can be realized quickly, scalably and resource-efficiently - from design to final assembly. We build multi-family houses with two to four-room apartments in less than three months. The construction industry is responsible for more than half of all emissions of climate-damaging gases and around % of global energy consumption. Above all, emissions in the production of building materials must be drastically reduced. Using wood as a primary construction material helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the construction sector in the long term.
